01What does GeoDog do?
It measures how your brand, or a keyword, shows up in answers from AI assistants like ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Perplexity. It shows which brands get recommended, the questions where competitors pull ahead, and the sources AI relies on.
02What's the difference between a brand search and a keyword search?
A brand search measures whether AI recommends you to someone asking about your category, and gives you a ratio like “in 8 of 12 valid answers”. A keyword search shows which brands AI recommends on a topic; it doesn't produce a brand score until a target brand is chosen.
03Are the first 3 searches really free?
Yes. No credit card or sign-up required. A scan that fails completely doesn't use up your allowance.
04How reliable are the results?
Every result is based on real, stored answers and shown with its denominator. AI answers vary, so we always state the sample size, date and model. Details are on the methodology page.
05Will GeoDog improve my ranking?
GeoDog is a measurement and analysis tool; it doesn't guarantee rankings. It suggests evidence-based opportunities, and which ones you act on is up to you.
06Which markets and languages do you support?
The interface is available in Turkish, English, French, Russian and Spanish. The analysis market and AI answer language are independent of the interface language: for example, you can scan the Türkiye market with Turkish answers using the English interface.
07How is my data protected?
Project data belongs to your workspace, and access is enforced server-side with roles. API keys are kept only on the server. Details are on the security page.
08Do I need to sign up for the free plan?
No. We don't ask for an account or a credit card to show your first result. If you want to save it and come back later, you can create an account and your free scan moves with you.
09Does the $3.99 plan really include competitor comparison?
Yes. On Starter, your target brand and 3 competitors you choose are compared side by side on the same question set. It's not a preview; it's the plan itself.
10Which plan includes the monthly PDF report?
Professional ($7.99/mo) and above. Reports are generated only from real, comparable scans; if there isn't enough data, the report says so plainly.
11Which currency do you charge in?
We charge in USD. Payments, taxes and invoicing are handled by Polar, our merchant of record. Any local-currency amounts shown on the site are approximate and may vary with exchange rates.
12Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime. Your subscription stays active until the end of the billing period, and your data isn't deleted.
